I'm starting a new project, and I'm very excited to introduce this to the world. This is something that has been brewing on my mind for quite a while now. I've been a co-mentor, teaching people how to learn with AI, how to build software with AI for quite a while now, and that only inspired me to think that, as much as I'm an engineer and I'm a builder, I'm also really interested in teaching.

It so happened that right now I've been working with a few consulting projects, and I thought that AI has really come to a point where it is helpful if you want to build your custom automation, if you want to build your custom workflows. So this is going to be where I am going to help a bunch of people build the automation that they want. This is not going to be for fortune thousand companies. This is going to be for small companies. This is for your small businesses. This is for mom and pop shops. This is for your personal needs, maybe, managing a family and maybe a bunch of things around that. This will be for maybe a school.

So all of those automation where currently the software that you're using is maybe not good enough, or maybe you want something more, or maybe just the workflow is not customizable, and you want something on your own, like you want something that you know will help you, but you don't know how to get there.

What are we going to do here?

So this is what we are going to do: We are going to build small custom automation, workflow automation around things like:

• I have a bunch of files on my email
• I want to bring them, I want to download them
• I want to be able to search through them
• I want to create a local, [some kind of a] search which I can give access to [let's say] the entire team
• Maybe [you want to] collect emails, collect the files from all the team members [that you have]
• Files may be coming from different customers, maybe different orders, and to collect them and be able to search on top
• Maybe [you want to] put this [it] into some kind of an internal project management system
• [Nothing complicated, but] Just so we know [that] which file or which order is on whom, who's responsible, what is the state, etc.

Of course, there are existing great software, but maybe it doesn't integrate to your email, maybe it doesn't integrate to Stripe, maybe your e-commerce data is somewhere else. This is the reality of software. And I think this messiness of software is something that has bothered me as an engineer for the last [I don't know, 15,] 18 years that I'm working in the industry.

So what are we going to do about it? I think for the first time people are really excited because through the trainings that I've taken, through the sessions that I have hosted, I have understood that people are really eager to solve some of the problems that they have, but maybe no big company is willing to solve them simply because the margins are too thin, or somebody is going to charge you [like] US$ 40,000 for it. Is every small business willing to pay this? Maybe not. Is every problem, which now AI can solve in a very customized manner, can it be solved by bigger companies or by SaaS? Maybe not.

Can we build software customized to our needs?

So the customization of software, the way I want my workflow to happen, is something that only I can think of, and if I can articulate that, if I can express that in English or in whatever your own language is, your natural language is, then maybe you can build something which works for you.

Is the building going to be easy? No, the building is certainly not going to be easy. But [here we are not talking about something that] we cannot compare it to being easy or hard because we are at a point where we are saying this used to be not possible a few years back. Even one and a half years, two years back, people were like, no, this is not going to be possible. So finally we are at a point where we are saying that, oh, this might actually be possible. I might actually be able to explain a computer what I want, and the code comes out of it. I might be able to deploy this. I might be able to put this on a server, and actually my entire team will be able to use it.
